What should a real estate or property company include in a brand video?
The specific problem they solve for their clients and why they're positioned to solve it. Real estate brand videos fail when they focus on the company's credentials (years in business, volume of transactions) rather than the client's experience. A buyer testimonial that describes what it was like to work through a competitive offer situation says more than a list of certifications. A seller explaining why they chose this firm over competitors who offered the same commission says more than any company overview can. The brand video's job is to show potential clients what working with this firm actually looks like.
How do you produce a brand video for a company when there's no spoken content — just music and footage?
Music-and-footage brand videos live or die on the quality of the visual storytelling. Without narration or on-camera interviews, every shot has to communicate something about the brand — the quality of the product, the professionalism of the team, the texture of the client experience. The editing rhythm and music selection carry the emotional arc that a voiceover would normally provide. This format works well for aspirational brands where the work speaks for itself, but it requires tighter shot selection and more intentional sequencing than a narration-led video.
